1. General Policy
- All sales made on onlyspares.in are final.
- We do not accept product returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order is confirmed and paid for.
- Customers are advised to carefully review the product details, specifications, and compatibility information before purchasing.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To report an issue, please contact our support team via email or phone with the following:
- Order ID
- Product photos showing the damage or incorrect item received
- After review, we may provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
- Requests received after 48 hours of delivery cannot be entertained.
3. Product Compatibility
- Please ensure the product you are purchasing is compatible with your appliance or equipment.
- Incompatible products cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded.
- If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact our support team for guidance before placing the order.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only until they are dispatched.
- Customers may cancel their order directly through the Only Spares portal by logging into their account.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
5. Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)
- Refunds, if approved under exceptional cases (e.g., confirmed damaged or wrong item sent by us), will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
